A few months ago, Microsoft introduced a new feature in Office 365 called the Clutter mailbox. It is intended to be a “spam-light” mailbox, where by default, Outlook will put emails that it thinks aren’t quite spam, but are things that are cluttering up your inbox, and so to save you time it puts them in the clutter folder instead of your inbox. If you aren’t regularly checking your clutter folder, you could be missing messages that you really did want to see. MERIT has been contacted by several people who were asking how to turn off Clutter, so here are the directions for anybody that wants to do this.
