MERIT Welcomes Nicole Isaacs, Service Operations Coordinator

Please join us in welcoming Nicole Isaacs, MERIT’s new Service Operations Coordinator!! Nicole comes to MERIT after teaching for the Madison Metropolitan Schools for the last 10 years teaching in both classrooms and the library makerspace. She holds a Masters of Library and Information Studies from the UW iSchool, a Masters of Education from Cardinal Stritch University and undergraduate degrees in Gender Studies and Human Development, also from UW-Madison. Nicole has shared “I am excited to get started at MERIT, I am looking forward to supporting the many amazing MERIT services and the UW-Madison School of Education community at large!”

We are so happy to have Nicole at MERIT directly supporting our service desk student staff and helping coordinate MERIT’s day-to-day public services that include library circulation, reference, and general tech support services. When you get a chance, stop by the 3rd floor of the Teacher Education building to say “hello!”
