MERIT is Media, Education Resources, and Information Technology. We provide library resources, instructional design, and technology support to the UW-Madison School of Education and community partners. MERIT connects people, information, and technology in an inclusive and engaged environment. Through reliable and proactive services, we empower the UW-Madison School of Education community to achieve innovation and excellence in teaching, learning, and research throughout the world.
MERIT Library
The MERIT library provides information services, research support, and resources to the faculty, staff and students of the School of Education, UW-Madison, the Wisconsin education community and beyond.
IT Support
MERIT strives to support and enhance the School of Education’s (SOE’s) position in an increasingly global and competitive digital environment by anticipating the technological needs of SOE’s teaching, learning and research functions.
Instructional Services
MERIT instructional services are designed to support the attainment of course goals through technology integration. MERIT staff provide faculty consulting and instruction for the adoption of new tools across program areas in the School of Education.
