Blend@UW Summer 2018
Blend@UW helps faculty and instructional staff design blended courses that foster deeper, more active learning for students.
Week-long series of half-day sessions are offered between semesters. These intensive series are the ideal way to gain the knowledge, skills and peer support necessary for applying the blended learning methodology to courses.
Teaching Academy Summer Institute (TASI)
Held annually since 2000, the Teaching Academy Summer Institute (TASI) is a 4-day immersive workshop for campus educators to design, redesign, or update a course.
At TASI, participants will explore foundations of course design that emphasize learner-centered instruction and equity-minded practices and apply those foundations to (re)design a course.

Madison Teaching and Learning Excellence (MTLE)
MTLE is a two-semester professional development program in teaching that helps early-career faculty succeed with personalized support from a cross-disciplinary community of peers and teaching and learning experts.
If you are designing or redesigning a fully online course that you plan to teach in the next year or two, consider participating in a free faculty learning community to explore and implement research-based online course design and teaching best practices.
Collaborate with UW-Madison instructors and instructional designers through online modules and face-to-face sessions focused on designing and teaching fully online courses.
